Blanver supports the principles defined in the universal declaration of human rights and basic conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO). This includes freedom of association, the right to organize and bargain collectively, equal remuneration. And the basic conventions, that prohibit such discrimination, child labor, forced labor, and slavery.
We believe that business growth goes side by side with responsible business conduct and the creation of values such as: economic, environmental, and social.
