INDICATION:

Dolutegravir is indicated for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in combination with other antiretroviral agents in adults and children aged 6 years and older and weighing more than 20 kg.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Dolutegravir is contraindicated in combination with dofetilide or pilsicainide used to treat some heart conditions, and with fampridine (also known as dalfampridine) used to treat multiple sclerosis.

Dolutegravir is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity (allergy) to dolutegravir or to any component of the formulation.
